What is delivery time?
The T-shirts will be delivered within 7 business days, from the time you place your order.
Other items will be delivered in 2-4 weeks, from the time you place your order.
We have two shipping methods but we hightly recommend Express Mail Service.
Express Mail Service(EMS): Delivery takes about 5-7days.
Economy Airmail: Delivery takes about 2 weeks.
What is minimum order quantity?
No minimum for personalized T-shirts item. You can make just one. For corporate gifts, it is depend on the items.
How do I place my order?
We have some products. All of them have " How to order" instruction. Please read the section. For corporate gifts, please send us inquiry mail with your requirement such as quantity, logo you want to print and your address.
What is payment methods do you accept?
We accept only PayPal and Credit cards through PayPal (You don't need a PayPal account to pay.).
We will begin processing your orders immediately upon verification that payment has been received.
What is shipping rates?
We have some products. All of them have "Price & Shipping" instruction. Please read the section. For corporate gifts, it is depend on the order quntity. If you have any question, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
We accept 100% refund when the product has quality problems or any unexpected mistakes. However the buyers are requested to send the product back to our office.
We can not give refunds for your personalized items, unless we have made a mistake with your design or there is a problem with the print. If there is a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. We cannot be responsible for a change of mind or lost e-mail data.
Do you provide gift message service?
Yes, we provide free gift message service.
Our Gift Message service allows you to personalize items that you are shipping to someone else. This service is quick, easy and free! Gift messages are available on all our products. Your message will be printed on our gift card. Message can be up to 100 characters. Simply enter your message and e-mail us during order processing. (Be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient)
Alternatively if you wish to generate your own message in a common file format (PDF or WORD preferred) and email this to us, we can print it and include with your order item.
Gift-Wrap service is not available. All products cannot be gift wrapped due to volumetic size for shipping.
