What is Washi?
Washi is a type of paper made in Japan. Washi is commonly made using fibers from the bark of the gampi tree, the mitsumata shrub, or the paper mulberry, but also can be made using bamboo, hemp, rice, and wheat. Washi comes from wa meaning Japanese and shi meaning paper, and the term is used to describe paper made by hand in the traditional manner.
Washi is generally tougher than ordinary paper made from wood pulp, and is used in many traditional arts.

- Sample is $15 plus shipping fee $8(worldwide). We post the sample by air mail.
To order sample, simply by asking “custom print sample” by e-mail. We wiil send the invoice for the sample.
Sample are free if you place the final order with us. We will credit you for the sample when we receive final order(Shipping fee will not be credit).
We will check your printing design and any issues will be reported to you immediately by e-mail.
